all right, this really calls for a celebration!

i can finally cook the instant mee maggi with the right flavour! oh my god! i have been experimenting with my cooking for the past i don’t know how many weeks. trying to get the right flavour and texture and throwing god knows how many packets of it! if you think cooking instant noodle is easy – you wish man!

easy is easy. but trying to get it with the right flavour with eggs added ain’t easy at all!
trust me – i learn it from experience.
maybe not everyone is fussy with their food but i am super particular about texture, the taste and basically everythng about it. i think i should go learn cooking really and make most recipe into my style. at current moment, i am trying to learn my mom’s style of cooking egg. i don’t know what i am missing really. the way her eggs turn out at the end of it -there is like a mixture of overcook and undercook and it is something that i just cannot seem to get it right. it’s easy alright but i always overcooked it and then the yolk is way too hard! i prefer a little runny of it and the egg white to have a little crispyness to it – my mom cook it that way and i still need to figure out how she does it….

my blog view shot up to incredibly high! must be due to the three letter words. wahahahahahahahahahahaha!!
sadly, i am still not that good in korean otherwise i might have done those episode review or something.

natas fair tomorrow. am not going to blog for a few days =)

toodles.
